As our main receptionist, Denise is often the first person you will speak to when you contact our office.
Over a period of 17 years as practice manager with two previous firms in Hobart and the Gold Coast, Denise has a genuine understanding of the accounting environment and the initial needs of clients when they contact the firm.
She also has the responsibility of all in-coming and out-going mail, travel arrangements for the team and all banking and client payments.
Gemma joined Dickfos Dunn in November 2010.
She has over 18 years experience working in similar roles in Australia and New Zealand.
Gemma handles our receipting, invoicing, typing, payroll and various other tasks as well as providing administration and secretarial support to the rest of the team when needed.
Leanne joined Dickfos Dunn in September 2012 as our Companies Administrator.
She has over 30 years experience working in administration / accounts roles for Mitsubishi Motors in New Zealand and in accounting firms on the Gold Coast.
Leanne looks after our ASIC Corporate Compliance, Company, Trust and Superannuation Fund setups, business registrations, tax lodgements, accounts payable, Trust Account and various other administration duties.
Melissa joined Dickfos Dunn in October 2016 after previously working for the team 7 years earlier.
She has over 15 years experience in administration roles in accounting firms on the Gold Coast and Sydney.
Melissa is currently providing administration and secretarial support.
Leanne joined Dickfos Dunn in November 2018.
She has 10 years experience in administration roles in accounting firms on the Gold Coast.
Leanne provides administrative support as well as looking after MYOB Connected Ledger and debtor control.
Nicole joined Dickfos Dunn in February 2020.
Nicole has previously worked for another accounting firm on the Gold Coast for over seven years.
She provides administration and marketing support to the team and is responsible for the Dickfos Dunn and DDA websites, marketing materials and content creation.
