DICKFOS DUNN

Ayla Purdon

  • Ayla joined Dickfos Dunn in September 2019.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and International Business from Griffith University in 2017.
  • Ayla has worked in taxation since 2016 and hopes to commence her CA studies in 2020.

Beau Smith CPA

  • Beau joined Dickfos Dunn in February 2014.
  • He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Griffith University in 2010 and is a qualified CPA.
  • Beau has worked on the Gold Coast in the accounting profession since 2010 and specialises in taxation.

 

Cheryl Williams CA

  • Cheryl joined Dickfos Dunn in January 2004.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University.
  • Cheryl has experience in Taxation, Business Advisory and Superannuation. 

Jackson Dunn

  • Jackson joined Dickfos Dunn in September 2019.
  • He commenced his degree at Griffith University in 2018, where he is studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
  • Jackson spent 3 months in Cambodia working in finance for an Australian based charity for which he is still involved.
   Jennie Danks CA

 

  • Jennie joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2020.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Griffith University in 2011 and became a qualified Chartered Accountant in 2015.
  • She began her career in Public Practice in Brisbane and since then has gained Commercial experience on the Gold Coast and Tax experience working in the UK.
  • Jennie specialises in Taxation and Business Services.
   
    Joanne Le CA (Maternity Leave)               
  • Joanne joined Dickfos Dunn in August 2020.
  • She began her career in public practice in 2014 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology in 2015, became a qualified Chartered Accountant in 2018 and Chartered Tax Advisor in 2019.
  • Joanne has experience working in various industries with special focus in business services and taxation.
   

John Thackray CA

  • John joined Dickfos Dunn in 2003.
  • He completed a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • John's career in accounting began in 1988 and he specialises in taxation, audit and business services.

Jon Galligan

  • Jon joined Dickfos Dunn in November 2016.
  • He graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University in 1999 and became a qualified Chartered Accountant in 2013.
  • Jon began his career in public practice on the Gold Coast and since then has gained experience working in the Northern Territory, North Queensland and the South Pacific.
  • His skills focus on taxation, business advisory and self-managed superannuation funds.

Kirsty Doyle

  • Kirsty joined Dickfos Dunn in February 2019.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Financial Planning) from Griffith University in 2018.
  • Kirsty plans to commence CA studies in 2020.

Mitchell Dunn

  • Mitchell joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2017.
  • He graduated in 2019 from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
  • Mitch will commence his Chartered Accountant studies in 2020.

Moana Petersen CPA

  • Moana joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2012.
  • She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from QUT and a Master of Taxation from Curtin University of Technology.
  • Moana is a qualified CPA and has experience working in public practice in the areas of business services and taxation.

Nathan White

  • Nathan joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2019.
  • He commenced his degree at Griffith University in 2018, where he is studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
  • Nathan has gained valuable experience assisting another accounting firm on the Gold Coast during their busy periods since 2018.
     Olivia Beard
  • Olivia joined Dickfos Dunn in March 2021.
  • She graduated in 2018 with a Graduate Diploma of Professional Accounting (Postgraduate) from Southern Cross University.
  • Olivia is currently working towards her CPA.

   
   Phoeni Wang
  • Phoeni joined Dickfos Dunn in August 2020.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting and minor in Taxation) from Griffith University in 2020.
  • Phoeni has experience working in accounting firms since January 2020 with special focus in business solutions.
  • She plans to commence CA studies in 2021.
  • Phoeni is currently undertaking her Chartered Accountant studies.
   

Stephanie Dummett CPA

  • Stephanie joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2018.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Queensland in 2014 and is a qualified CPA.
  • Stephanie's skills focus on taxation, business services and self-managed superannuation funds.

Tanya Skavronski CPA

  • Tanya joined Dickfos Dunn in April 2016.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Griffith University in 2004 and is a qualified CPA.
  • Tanya has worked in public practice in the areas of business services, taxation and self-managed superannuation.
   
  Thomas Lysaght 
  • Thomas joined Dickfos Dunn in March 2021.
  • He graduated from Queensland University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) with Distinction.
  • He began his career in Public Practice in 2017 in Brisbane and has since gained broad experience across many industries.
  • Thomas has commercial experience, specialises in taxation and business services and is working towards becoming a CA.
   
  Jessica Manwaring
  • Jessica joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2021.
  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from Charles Sturt University in 2020.
  • Jessica has worked in public practice since 2017 and hopes to commence her CPA studies in 2022.
   
   Sarah Borten               
  • Sarah joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2021.
  • She commenced her studies at the University of Queensland in 2020 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
  • Once graduated, she hopes to commence her CA studies.

 Caleb Kirchen

  • Caleb joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in January 2021.

  • He is studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and Management through SCU and plans to graduate in 2021.

  • He moved to the Gold Coast from the far North Coast of NSW where he gained over 4 years experience auditing a range of clients including clubs, churches, schools and not for profits.

  • Caleb is passionate about assisting clients to identify where potential improvements can be made in day to day operations and system processes.               

   

Jeremy Richards-Ghosn

  • Jeremy joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in July 2017.
  • He graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
  • Jeremy is currently enrolling into the Chartered Accountant program.
  • He has extensive experience in body corporates, trust accounts and outgoings.
  • Jeremy has experience in all facets of auditing from interim planning to preparing the financial and audit closing reports.
   

Rebecca Farley CPA

  • Rebecca joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2013.
  • She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Griffith University and is a qualified CPA.
  • She started her auditing career in 2003 after holding positions in the banking and finance sector.
  • Rebecca has experience in churches, not for profits, trust accounts, SMSFs, gaming, outgoings and corporate audit.
  • She has considerable experience performing interim and financial statements audit work, including audit risk and internal controls testing.
  • Rebecca currently holds the position of Treasurer at a Gold Coast Surf Club and was a member of the Gold Coast CPA Committee from 2010 - 2016.

Stephanie Horkings

  • Stephanie joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2016.
  • She is studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting at Southern Cross University part-time while working four days per week in Audit.
  • Stephanie has experience in body corporates, not for profits and churches.
  • She also has experience in bookkeeping in the construction industry.
   Walter Staffetius
  • Walter joined Dickfos Dunn Adam as an Auditor in June 2021.
  • He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of the Witwatersrand and Honours in Accounting from University of South Africa in 1991 and became a qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1994.
  • Walter completed articles with Ernst and Young in Johannesburg in 1993, which included a secondment to California, USA.
  • He has experience across several sectors including resources, banking, manufacturing, infrastructure, consulting and the public sector.
   
   Elizabeth Tracy CA 
  • Elizabeth joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in August 2021.
  • She has a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa majoring in Accounting and Audit and is a qualified CA.
  • Elizabeth has over 10 years audit experience both in South Africa and Australia including gaining experience as a Senior Accountant in a business services firm in Canberra.
  • She is involved in all aspects of audits undertaken with experience across a diverse range of clients including ASX listed companies, private companies, large consolidated groups, AFSL's and not for profits.
  • Elizabeth manages audits through strong communication and dedication to meeting both client and statutory deadlines.
   
   Max Ryan 
  • Max joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in July 2021.
  • He is studying a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance at Bond University and plans to graduate in 2022.
  • Max moved from Perth Western Australia to the Gold Coast in January 2021 to commence his studies after receiving the Bond Excellence Scholarship.
