Gemma Chisholm (Administration Manager/Secretary)

• Gemma joined Dickfos Dunn in November 2010.
• She has over 18 years experience working in similar roles in Australia and New Zealand.
• Gemma handles our receipting, invoicing, typing, payroll and various other tasks as well as providing administration and secretarial support to the rest of the team when needed.

Holly Johnston (Receptionist)

• Holly joined Dickfos Dunn in July 2022.

Leanne Pitman (Corporate Administration)

• Leanne joined Dickfos Dunn in September 2012 as our Companies Administrator.
• She has over 30 years experience working in administration / accounts roles for Mitsubishi Motors in New Zealand and in accounting firms on the Gold Coast.
• Leanne looks after our ASIC Corporate Compliance, Company, Trust and Superannuation Fund setups, business registrations, tax lodgements, accounts payable, Trust Account and various other administration duties.

Melissa Foley (Secretary)

• Melissa joined Dickfos Dunn in October 2016 after previously working for the team 7 years earlier.
• She has over 15 years experience in administration roles in accounting firms on the Gold Coast and Sydney.
• Melissa is currently providing administration and secretarial support.
